We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability and optimal service planning. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests, subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card payments via a secure link, and cash payments. Our team will advise you on the most convenient option when you confirm your service.
Are your drivers certified?
Yes. All our drivers have a valid license, defensive driving training, and proven experience in luxury executive transportation. They also receive ongoing training in customer service, discretion, and security protocols.
Can I change or cancel a service I've already booked?
Yes, modifications or cancellations are possible. To do so, please contact us directly via WhatsApp so we can review your case and availability.
Depending on the type of service and how far in advance you request the change, fees may apply according to our internal policies, which we will always clearly explain to you.
What type of vehicles do you drive?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flights in real time, so we automatically adjust your pickup time. Delays of less than one hour do not incur any additional cost. For longer delays, our team will inform you of any necessary adjustments with complete transparency.
Can I travel with extra suitcases or bulky luggage?
Yes. Just let us know when you make your reservation so we can assign you the ideal vehicle based on the amount of luggage and ensure your comfort.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation without penalty?
Yes. Reservations can be modified or canceled without penalty when the request is made at least 12 hours in advance. After that time, charges may apply depending on the type of service booked.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. We issue electronic invoices without any problem. We only need your tax information and proof of payment to process it correctly.
Is a deposit required to confirm my reservation?
Yes. We generally require a deposit to confirm and secure your service. The amount may vary depending on the type of transfer, the date, and any logistics involved. Our team will inform you of the details before confirming.
What happens if I arrive late to the meeting point?
We offer a grace period, which varies depending on the service booked. If this time is exceeded, an additional charge may apply, according to our policies. We recommend maintaining constant communication with your driver or via our WhatsApp support line to avoid any issues.
